  • Long Term Care Services Includes:
  1. 3 meals and 2 snacks during the day
  1. Light house cleaning and laundry is done everyday
  2. Our meal plan is nutritious and mixture of oriental and American style breakfast
  3. Safety  is our priority
  4. Medicine set-up and control is done by Registered Nurse every week
  5. Daily activity and socialization among client
  6. Monthly outing for residents birthday
  7. we accept Private pay and Medical Assistance
  8. provide support applying for the MA and GRH
  9. Annual resident assessment in order to maintain accurate level of care for each resident
  10. 24 hour care with overnight staff ensure the safety of our resident
  11. 24 hour on-call Nurse 
  12. Supervisor on site during business hour
  13. Set-up medical ride and medical appointment
